‘Co–Living – A New Future?’ Davidson Prize
We are delighted to be longlisted for the Davidson Prize for our submission, ”Co-Living Retrofit - Barking to Berlin”

The brief asks whether co-living could offer a transformative key to the design of our homes – as well as our communities.

“A building is not something you finish. A building is something you start,” 
wrote Stewart Brand in 1994 in How Buildings Learn.

This proposal argues that existing tower blocks offer multiple untapped opportunities to create new kinds of spaces to make living more enjoyable.
